my name is azzy, and I'm a dual enrollment student at the ohio state university interested in pursuing chemical engineering & computer science! since I was four years old, I've been super passionate about ornithology, the study of birds, and design. now, that has transformed into a love for compliance in the oil & gas industry, drug delivery, and full-stack development... I care a lot about environmental justice, and just making cool things to help people out! :D

I'm the chief executive officer of bird2branch, a social enterprise that aims to connect students with STEM and get them involved with projects for bird conservation and green chemistry. we've reached 75,000+ students so far! 🐦

also, I'm involved a lot of projects that align with my mission, including co-designing programming communities for 100M+ kids under the scratch foundation, working with the department of state's stevens initiative to collaborate with kids in MENA for eco-friendly sustainability proposals, and promoting equitable research at the harvard openbio undergraduate laboratory!
